CUBONIC signs lease for new company headquarters

With about 3,000m² of hall and office space, CUBONIC is the new main tenant in the Metroloq Unternehmerpark Pulheim-Brauweiler near Cologne, a subsidiary of the Metropol Real Estate Group.

CUBONIC, a pioneer in the field of sustainable, customizable solutions for automated and autonomous electric light commercial vehicles (eLCV), has signed a lease for its new corporate headquarters in the Metroloq Unternehmerpark Pulheim outside Cologne. With over 1,300m² of warehouse and production space and over 1,600m² of office space, the new CUBONIC headquarters offers ideal conditions for the further development of the advanced prototypes of the CUBONIC PeopleMover and CargoMover eLCV solutions.
CUBONIC develops highly customizable electric LCV solutions that offer automated and autonomous driving, seamless connectivity with their customers' ecosystems, and improved productivity and profitability. CUBONIC's customers will be involved in the design of the modular vehicle architecture from the outset, enabling them to choose from a wide range of applications for CUBONIC's PeopleMover and CargoMover vehicles.
CUBONIC will move into its new premises as early as June 2023. Metropol subsidiary Metroloq's Entrepreneur Park celebrated its opening on December 14, 2022. It is characterized by its innovative, flexible and sustainable concept. Characteristic here are above all the green spaces created with the German Nature Conservation Union in the spirit of biodiversity, climate-neutral solutions, and modern smart concepts controlled via the MetroloqApp.
